SHIPPING POLICY

USA ORDERS

All orders going to an address in the USA is shipped from locations within the USA, using FedEx or USPS (if requested). With STANDARD shipping we will ship out within 1 day and it will arrive usually within the standard time given by FedEx according to your location. With EXPEDITED shipping you will receive the item within 2 days.

CANADA ORDERS

All orders going to a Canadian address are shipped from our Canada location in Toronto using Canada Post. With STANDARD shipping we will ship out within 1 day and it will arrive usually within the standard time given by Canada Post according to your location. With EXPEDITED shipping you will receive the item within 3 days.

Call for "OVERNIGHT" Shipping.

All EXPEDITED ORDERS need to be in by 10:00 EDT to be shipped that day, and will arrive within 2 days.

Please call VisionBay, LLC (678-382-6288) for special shipping requests or larger shipments that may seem too expensive ... we will work with you on large orders with special shipping.

RETURN POLICY

If you need to return a product purchased from us you may return it if:

  1. It is damaged or defective.
  2. It is not unpacked and in the original packing, unused and you need to return for a reasonable reason.
  3. We shipped you the wrong item or shipped to you in error.
  4. You want to swap your purchase for a different size etc.

IF YOU ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE AND YOU WANT THE CORRECTED SIZE YOU CAN:

  • Order a new correct size and we will ship the new one out by the next day, when we receive your returned item we will refund your purchase price with no re-stocking fees. Please put a note in the return package.

PLEASE PUT A COPY OF YOUR INVOICE IN THE RETURN PACKAGE......and a note explaining why you are returning the item.
