EVOLUTION LINE

Our EVOLUTION line is constructed from Evolon 100 non woven fabric. This durable fabric reduces waste products on the environment because it can be washed and re-washed many times. EVOLUTION´s fabric softens with washing and becomes more cotton like. Like traditional microfiber, it is soft, drapable and light, but also very strong.

Its manufacture is a continuous process, from raw material to the fabric. This technology achieves in several minutes what the traditional textile industry can do in several weeks. The water used to split and entangle Evolon® filaments is recycled internally, and re-used in a closed loop.

Certification standards meet the highest in the industry for green products and baby safeness. The very low micron filtration of Evolon provides Bed Bug, Dust Mite & allergen protection by creating a barrier against these pests between you and your mattress.

Evolon® can be recycled, which is considered the best way of managing waste. Evolon® can also be incinerated or land filled without any risk of emissions of halogeneous substances. EVOLUTION is truly an incredible result of technology in the fabric industry. This product is one you´ll grow to appreciate the longer you own it. RESORT LINE

Our RESORT line of fabric uses an 800-TU circular knit interlock poly which is laminated, creating a waterproof protection for your mattress. The waterproof PU membrane prevents moisture from reaching the mattress and so extends mattress life. The PU membrane allows moisture vapor to escape which inhibits the growth of mildew and mold. This fabric creates a dust mite and bed bug proof barrier. The Polyester interlock surface wicks away moisture so it´s soft and comfortable to sleep on.

ROYAL PILLOW ENCASEMENTS

Our ROYAL Line of pillow encasements are made from patented Pristine Fabric. This calendared poly woven fabric has one of the highest filtration counts in the industry. You get superior allergy protection from allergens or dust mites in your pillow. ROYAL filters out contaminants while keeping your sleeping surface dryer and more comfortable. With proper care, ROYAL lasts as long as the pillow it covers. Its tight weave makes it as effective as films or laminates but allows moisture and air to pass. When your head hits the pillow you won´t remember it´s there, unlike films or laminates. Pristine fabric has been tested by departments of asthma, allergy and immunology at two leading colleges of medicine. You spend a lot of time hugging your pillow. Doesn´t it make sense to have the best protection where you breathe every night?

SECURE LINE

The fabric used for our SECURE line is a spun bonded non woven fabric that is light and durable. It is a water resistant fabric with a UV coating. Encase your box springs and protect your family from Bed Bugs, dust mites and allergens. This fabric is a pleasant alternative to vinyl box spring covers. It is easier to install and more attractive in appearance. Its unique construction makes it easy to put on the box springs without tearing the encasement.
