U.S. SHIPPING - We do our best to keep shipping charges as low as possible. We ship USPS or UPS. Due to very high fuel charges and the decreasing value of US currency UPS and USPS rates have gone way up. These increases in shipping rates are being passed on to business and untimately to the consumer. We at Elfbrands are consumers too and recognize the expense of these charges. We adjust our rates when changes come to us from UPS and USPS. Hopefully energy prices will stabilize and rates will decrease. When and if they do we will pass these savings on to you.
You may have noticed that we have eliminated overnight shipping from out products and offer only 2 day and Standard shipping. This was done because of the very high rates offered by the shippers and our customers complained about these high rates. These rates are many times the cost of the products themselves. If you need overnight delivery please call, we need to enter your order by 12:00 pm of the day of your order. We will ship by the carrier of your choice and apply their charges to your purchase.
CANADA SHIPPING: - We now have distribution in Canada. All orders from our Canadian customers will now ship from Toronto via Canada Post with no duty fees at reasonable rates.
2 Day USPS: - 2 day flat rate USPS shipping is for orders in the US and Hawaii only. Order must be placed before 12:00pm eastern standard time or it will ship the following day. Orders that weigh between .25lbs and 7lbs will ship USPS Priority 2 day delivery for a flat rate of $10.95 US. Orders that weigh between 8lbs to15lbs will ship USPS Priority 2 Day Delivery for a flat rate of $15.95US. Note that you must select this option at check out. If the order is outside of the weight range you will be notified to select a different shipment method.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: ElfBrands has seen an increase in orders from customers outside the US because of two reasons.
1) The US dollar against other currencies is at a very good value. You can buy more in the US than in your country for the same currency.
2) ELFBrands offers products not found in other countries. Bedbug treatment is now an international problem and Elf Brands is a major distributor of environmentaly friendly treatment products.

Orders exceeding 50 lbs or greater than $150.00: - For large international orders please email your address, country of origin and products you would like to purchase. We will then quote pricing and attach pro forma invoice which will be used by your freight forwarder as commercial invoice in packaging. If you accept pricing, we can refer freight forwarding company contacts and bank wire instructions. Once we receive the wire transfer we will ship goods to your designated freight forwarder which must be located in US. We only accept wire tranfer of funds for these orders or a credit card like American Express that validate addresses outside of US (We do not except Visa and Mastercard for international orders as they do not verify addresses outside of the United States). In a few cases, we can ship product direct to your country.
Orders less than 50lbs or less than $150.00 US - For smaller international orders we can ship FedEx, DHL, or UPS. please email your address, country of origin and products you would like to purchase. We will then quote pricing and shipping costs. We accept Mastercard and Visa on a case by case basis on orders less than 150.00 dollars. American Express is accepted.
International orders are subject to increased shipping fees and in some cases these countries will collect duties on merchandise that enters their borders. We are not responsible for outlining any taxes, duties or custom broker fees by any country outside the USA.
